Ett öppet kök med en bar runt om som håller 36 sittplatser. Det känns som om man själv är med i köket där maten tillagas, portionerna är väldigt små och lätta vilket gör det möjligt att orka med att prova en mängd olika meny val. Nu ska jag fasta i några timmar innan det blir mat dax!! MMmm...
/Right now I'm in Paris. I had an exam in bookkeeping yesterday and luckily I finished in time to jump on the tube, switch to the Arlanda Express train and take the four o'clock SAS flight to Paris. Great to fly away like such after an exam. Ofcourse we were delayed because of the snow storm, but hey, I'm here now! When I arrived at the house yesterday we went down to our lokal sushi place for some good sushi. Speaking of good food, tonight we are going to have dinner at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, a two star restaurant who has been named the best restaurant in Paris. I've been there once before a couple of years ago and it really has a unique concept.
An open kitchen with a bar with 36 seats all around it. It feels as if you are in the kitchen whilst your food is being made. The portions are very small, wich makes it possible to try a variety of the menus choices. Now I'm going to fast for a couple of hours before it's dinner time. MMmmm../
